Dandelion greens


I fell off the picture wagon! But getting back on for march! 2.29.2012 leap year and some spicy sautéed dandelion greens! These are surprisingly delicious and taste a little buttery actually! Only greens, olive oil, garlic, garlic salt, crushed red pepper, 3 drops of lemon juice, and a few crumpled up walnuts! Wow! I am shocked by the flavor! It’s all gone before I can even post this! Let’s start a dandelion field! Mmmmm!
